Family Skate Day at Blake Hall Rink

FREE EVENT for the entire Family!

Join us under the new covered rink at Blake Community Hall for some free fun.

Popcorn, s'mores, hot chocolate and coffee will be provided free of charge.

Hot dogs available for sale at $2 each.

Kids crafts and a movie going on inside the hall.

Due to the ongoing postal strike, the Neebing News will not be delivered to mailboxes in December. Copies will be available for pick up at the following locations beginning December 4th:

  • Thunder Bay Co-op
  • Green Acres Variety
  • South Neebing Variety and Gas Bar

All Ontario drivers are familiar with the loud sirens and flashing red lights of emergency vehicles. Fire Trucks, Ambulances, and Police vehicles frequently utilize these to arrive at emergency scenes quickly and safely. You are required by law to pull off to the right side of the road and stop when you see or hear them coming. But what is the flashing green light?
