Surplus Items for Sale by Auction

The Municipality of Neebing has declared several items as surplus and are offering them for sale via a silent closed bid auction. The auction is LIVE now and closes on Thursday May 21, 2026 at 12 noon at which time the bids will be opened and the highest bidder awarded the item. Winning bidders must pay for and collect their items no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday May 28, 2026 or risk forfeiting the item to the next highest bidder. Items can be viewed at the Municipal Office during regular office hours Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.

To place a bid, include the following information on a piece of paper: 

  • ITEM DESCRIPTION
  • BID AMOUNT
  • YOUR NAME
  • YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION (Phone number/email address)

Place your bid in a sealed envelope and write the item description on the front of the envelope. Bring your sealed bid to the Municipal Office.

- older swivel office chairs on castors

- some with fabric upholstery

- some with vinyl upholstery

- varying degrees of functionality
