Surplus Items for Sale

Surplus items are being sold as-is via silent auction with sealed bids accepted at the Neebing Municipal Office up to 5 PM on Monday October 28, 2024.

Surplus Items available for sale:

• 2006 FORD F150 No Safety, Not Working, As Is 
• 2003 Exmark zero turn Commercial Lawn Mower, Not working, As Is 
• 1985 Ford F800 Fire Truck, No Safety, Not Working, As Is 

If you want to bid on one of these items:

• Record your name, address and phone number, the item's name and amount of your bid on a piece of paper and place in a sealed envelope.
• Mark the name of the item on the outside of the envelope.
• Bring the envelope to the Municipal Office during office hours and it will be date and time stamped.

Surplus items are available for viewing at the Municipal Garage at 9 Cloud River Road West. Take the first entrance and the items are immediately to your left parked up next to the old municipal office building.

The bids will be opened after 5 PM on Monday October 28th and the highest bidder will be accepted as the winning bid for each item. Items must be paid in full before they can be picked up. If the item is not paid in full by the end of day on November 12, the bid will be deemed invalid, and the item will be offered to the next highest bidder. In the event of a tied bid, the bid that was first received at the office will be accepted as the highest bid.
